The operational stages of the programs developed are:

1. Preliminary Contact: This is a meeting between the consultant and client organization designed to generate a preliminary analysis of the work situation. On the basis of this meeting, a proposal is made to conduct a formal analysis to determine exactly what the demand is and where the needs for intervention lie 

2. Analysis: An analysis is produced following systematic visits to the client organization for the purpose of mapping out the actual work situation and bringing out what is needed to underpin development plans;

3. Planning the Intervention: A plan is drawn up on the basis of the evaluations and analyses produced in the early stages and as the basis to construct development plans;

4. Intervention: Implementing the development program and/or management training;

5. Follow up of the results: Evaluation of the effectiveness of the intervention six months after completion and determining future needs.

This entails a process to develop strategic thinking, implant management models and evaluate leadership performance in order to achieve effective results and enhance the performance of both people and client organization.

Executive / Company Coaching

Project designed to develop the competencies of directors, high and mid level managers and executives to form effective leaders who conform to the profile dictated by the client organization/market.
The Coach provides individualized training to develop technical managerial and behavioral skills as part of the process to build self-awareness and to shape the profile of the client organization to conform to the requirements of success.

Assessment Of Potential 

This is a process to assess the potential of the professional to adapt to a function or team. The assessment is carried out on the basis of a four dimensional profile of skills which comprise the following set of specific managerial abilities:

  • Interaction;
  • Problem solving and decision making;
  • Personal organization and time management
This project involves conferencing between the professional and specialist and an individual report for each interviewee, as well as an Individual Development Plan, indicating the skills needed to improve performance

Skills Mapping 

This process begins by drawing up a matrix of skills that are essential to the client organization and that will be of fundamental importance in aligning the strategic profile to the business. This instrument is also used to help in identifying leadership potential as well as to support development plans and managerial advancement.

Executive Career Plan

The Executive Career Plan is a structure designed to develop people by:
  • Developing executive skills to maximize professional performance in the organization’s strategic positions;
  • Creating a career and promotion structure for organizational processes;
  • Offering support in the career process and in the professional’s adaptation to leadership functions;
  • Accompanying the professional’s performance following transition into the function. 
For those objectives, the career plan is structured with specific methods that take into account the professional’s background in the company, current and potential skills, technical training and professional expectations.
